Hi Mommies! I am sure it is not news to you that the economy is rough and is expected to get a little worse this new year. So far, my husband has been fine with his job and there are no indications otherwise. But, we still want to be smart and careful and watch ourselves. Our 10 year anniversary is this June. Advice on Neighborhoods near South Beach?

Hi there - We currently live in Manhattan and will be moving to Miami in December. My husband has taken a job in South Beach and I will be quitting my job to be a stay at home mom. We have an 8 month old son. We will be looking to rent at first and then potentially buy. My husband doesn't want a very long commute, so we'll need to find a place to stay in proximity to South Beach. Can you please suggest some areas where we should start looking? I've once again decided it's time to do something about my weight. I used to be thin and trim without trying, was very active in sports, aerobics, etc. Then kids came. I've slowly put on weight for the past 10 years. I've tried several "life style changes" (aka - diets).
