Using Coffee Grinds for a Healthy Lawn

Hi Mommas, I am the least likely person that you will find tending to plants or grass but I share a lawn with my punk of a neighbour who seems to love his weed patch and it is choking out any attempts of an actual grass lawn for my DD to play on. I thought I heard somewhere that used coffee grinds can help to fertilize plants and was wondering if there is any truth to this and whether plants applies to grass too. I dont really know what I am doing when it comes to lawn care and I dont want to use anything toxic as my DD will be out...

Back Pack Carriers Which Is the Most Comfortable?

I aleady have 1 back carrier but it is not comfortable at all. I will be needing a new one for this spring. I operate a vegetable stand and will need to carry my baby with me to take care of the stand as well as pick veggies from the garden. So he will need to be in the carrier for 1-2 hours. Does Anyone Else Have a Child with Autism?

My daughter will be turning 6 at the end of the month and she just started in Kindergarten. She was diagnosed with autism about a year ago, and since then we have been through so much therapy, I feel like I could almost do it myself. She also has SID and is hyposensitive--meaning she is without fear and loves to jump off of things that cause mom to have heart failure. She is talking now, but she still has times when she gets very emotional. I am just looking for other moms with children who have autism, to talk or just trade stories...
