Cloth Diapers and Carseats

Hi Moms, We're expecting our third baby this winter and we've decided to cloth diaper this time. I've done lots of research, but the more I read the more indecisive I am on which type of diaper to choose. For those of you who have cloth diapered, which type and brand did you prefer? I'm trying to choose between prefolds and pocket diapers or fitted diapers and covers. Second question is about carseats--we've decided not to do an infant seat this time and just start with a Britax convertible seat. I can't decide between their models...
