Convertible Car Seat for My 7.5 Month Old Daughter

Hi everyone, Our 7.5 month old dd hates traveling in her infant car seat (Graco SafeSeat). Whether it's driving just down the road or 30 minutes or 4 hours, she hates it. She hates getting buckled into her car seat also. We've tried bringing the car seat inside the house and then taking her out to the car and also just taking her to the car and buckling her in, either way, a cry-fest and arching her back to get out. Which Car Seat Should I Buy?

I've come upon the age old dilema - which car seat do I buy? My 6 month old daughter has outgrown her infant car seat. She is 19 pounds and 28 inches tall. Currently I have a Evenflo Triumph Advance which I am fairly happy with, especially the fact that this car seat is adjustible and you never have to move the strap, you just turn a knob and it tightens down. My only complaint is that her head falls forward when she falls asleep, which wasn't a problem in her infant seat. I've rolled up a towel to tilt the car seat back some but it...

Baby Gear for BIG Babies!!

Hey ladies- my little guy will be 11 weeks on thursday and is already tipping the scales at over 15lbs!! He was 10lb 5 oz at birth. Hes perfectly healthy- both of my others were big guys too but not this big. Heres my problem though- most "newborn" baby holding things - ie. the bouncy seat, the swing, the carseat carrier, only hold babies up to 20lbs. I'm afraid hes going to out grow his carrier before he can sit up, and then what do I do in the grocery store? and he LOVES his bouncy chair. Any recommendations for big guys?? Thanks
