Need Help with Pediatrician Problems

I am having troubles finding a decent pediatrician for my kids. We started with Pediatric Assoc. of Springfield and really liked Dr. Zainey but the office staff was horrible. so we went to see Dr. Chitkara in Springfield. He actually refused my kids treatment. I am requesting legal advice as well as suggestions on pediatricians. Here is the situation with the Dr. Chitkara. 5 Month Old Allergic to Both Milk & Soy - What to Feed Him?

My 5-month old son has had a pretty severe case of eczema for over 5-wks. We've switched formulas several times and just had blood test done to confirm allergies. We are now trying Neocate, which is very expensive and he does NOT like the taste. Does anyone have a suggestion for an alternative formula? He's allergic to: milk, soy, wheat, egg whites, peanuts, codfish. I've had people recommend goat's milk - but my research indicates this is not a good alternative due to lack of vitamins/nutrients that infants need.

16 Month Old Still on Bottle

I know, many of you may say I am a bad mom, but I put oatmeal and baby food in my son's milk. He is 16 months old and still HAS to have 7oz Milk, 1 jar 2nd Baby food and 3 teaspoons of oatmeal in a bottle before bed and IF he wakes up in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning.
