What in My House Is Making My Son Sick?

We have used our Denver home as a rental property for the past eighteen months, and are now renovating it. We lived here for the first two years of our sons' life (he'll be four in Nov.) with no problems. We have slept there three times since completing renovations including bathroom re-model, granite counter top, paint two rooms.
