How Do I Stop the Swaddle

My son is 3.5months and we still swaddle him. I'm wondering when we should start transitioning him out of it and how?. I use a swaddle blanket and i can't imagine him...

See all- We switched to one arm in, one arm out. Then, after a bit we switched to a sleeveless Halo sleep sack, which she still sometimes sleeps in.
