Metformin for PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome
My fertility doc wants to put me on Metformin. I dont know much about it, other than what I've researched. It sounds like about 1/3 people experience vomiting and/or diarrhea from it. These odds dont look so hot to me. If you have been on Metformin, how did you react to it? Was there anything to do/not do to lessen the side effects? Also, what does it do for PCOS?
