Advice for Scheduled C-section
I had my first daughter in October 2009 and am due with our second child in 10 weeks. The doctor has scheduled a c-section for me at the end of April about a week before my due date. I had to have a c-section with the first one because she would not engage in the birth canal and was in distress. After she was born the doctor (not my dr but the one on call because it was a weekend) who delivered her said that there was no way she could have passed on her own. I was just too small. She only weighed 8 pounds so its not like she was a big baby....
