Comparing Convertible Car Seats
I've been looking into convertible car seats for my 10 month old son. At his 9 month check-up, he weighed just about 20 pounds and was around 28 inches. We have been using the Graco Safe Seat which is rated for children up to 30 lbs. and 32 inches. My first question is if moms out there have actually used their "infant" seat up to it's capacity? I'm not sure if it seems like the move to convertible seats happen before they need to? Even with a convertible seat, we'd keep it rear facing to it's weight limit beyond one year.
