Dora the Explorer Carseat and Booster Question

I was looking at booster seats the other day, and I saw this thing and it is truly horrifying! Oh my goodness, has anyone else seen it? (I will link it in the 'so what happened'). I mean it wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for those bright yellow hand grips! I sometimes wonder what marketing people are thinking. Am I alone in this?! Would anyone buy this? No offense if you think it's cute, we all have different tastes. I'm not against Dora at all, but wow, I've never seen marketing go so far. Actually it doesn't look that bad in the pic......

I Was Never Meant to Be a Stay-at-home Mom

How do stay-at-home moms do it? Ok let me be more specific because that was vague. How do stay at home moms not go stir crazy day after day? My situation: My husband is out of town for a family event until Sunday, and he left yesterday. I usually work Monday through Friday while a good friend of the family watches our two girls. The person that watches our girls decides they are going out of town as well and left today and will not be back until Tuesday of next week. Not usually a big deal but my husband has to go back to work...

How Do I Explain

My husband lost his job two days before Christmas. In January, we had to move out of the house we were renting. Since then, we have been staying with various friends, I literally don't know where we'll be staying week to week. My husband has been working through a temp agency for the past 5 monthes, taking a huge pay cut. We cannot afford a place of our own, and probably won't for awhile.
