Recommendations for Allergist

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good allergist around Dublin? When my son was a week old, we discovered he had a dairy and soy intollerances. I am breastfeeding, so I eliminated those from my diet. Now that I'm aware of the various symptoms of food allergies, I believe that he and I both have several food allergies. I want to find a good allergist that can help me identify what I have issues with in the hopes that I can eliminate those items (and help my son as well).

We just got confirmation that my step daughter is allergic to cats and my step daughter's mom wants us to get rid of our two cats now. Our cats are three years old and we have had them since they were kittens. My step daughter has had some issues in the past.. we noticed that if she sat there and cuddled with them she would come up with a rash. Its eartube decision time - again. My son has another ear infection (I think) just three weeks after his last one. He is 2.75 and has been suffering from frequent ear infections since his 1st birthday. Allergic Reaction to Amoxicillan

My daughter had an ear infection and the doctor put her on amoxicillan. I started giving it to her last Sat. and then thurs. afternoon I had realized she had thrown-up and also had red bumps on her stomach and back. I just thought it was from her eating too much the night before and having the ear infection. But now it spread all over her body. Could this be an allergice reaction to the amoxicillan? My Son Won't Take Medicine. Help!

He used to take it fine. In fact, he used to LOOOOVE the gross liquid vitamin. But the last 3 times I've tried to give him medicine (tylenol for a high fever twice, and now abx for an ear infection) he's been horrible. He gags so hard that he throws it up.
