Workshops include Couples Massage for Pregnancy - we teach partners safe techniques to help keep the expecting mom comfortable and thriving throughout her pregnancy. Infant Massage teaching new parents and caregivers nurturing touch for new babies.
In addition to our pregnancy related services we offer: Stress Reduction/Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure, and Energy Medicine. Special services for those living with cancer include: CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Guided Meditation for healing

Lindsey & The Mommy Spa have such great services for pregnant women. I enjoyed the prental massages, and looked forward to my weekly moment of relaxation while at The Mommy Spa. Highly recommend massages by Lindsey. Even went back for post pregnancy massages!
The best massage very relaxing it helps all my aches and pains
Lindsay is an amazing masseuse! Friendly, knowledgeable and skilled! I started visiting Lindsay when I was experiencing excruciating low back pain during my third pregnancy. I continue to go to Mommy Spa when I need a massage, even though my youngest is 3 years old! Now we focus on sports massage and deep tissue, though she can do hot stone, too - which is awesome.
