We are a strength and conditioning facility. Our goal is to produce a fitness that is relevant and useful. We want what we do in the gym to apply to as many situations as possible, whether that be sport, work or life in general. We believe that by pursuing performance, we see parallel improvements in health, mental acuity, positive outlook, and the simple ability to do and enjoy life.
To do this we design and lead a fitness program based a on few core principles. These are community, usefulness, balance, variety and hard work.
We work closely with a Registered Dietician to ensure that you are receiving the most sound nutrition advice.
