Till early 2009. She was available to answer questions just about any time of day. Her negotiating skills allowed us to put in a longer
Contract on the house to insure our ability to purchase. If we hadn’t used Sherrie I don’t know if we would be in our dream home today.
Not to mention she sold our home in Carrollton in 15 days in this economy! Would I recommend Sherrie for buying or selling a home, absolutely!

I met Sherrie in the worst way possible...on the internet. People always say never trust anyone you meet from the internet. I have been able to trust Sherrie from the moment we first exchanged e-mails over three years ago. I still contact her from time to time with various questions, and she still answers them...although I still live in California.

I was planning to move from California to Texas when I first met Sherrie. She was so helpful online, which unfortunately was all I had time for. She was also easily available by phone, which was awesome since I was not!

Sherrie guided me, took me by the hand and met me for walk through's, constantly returns my e-mails and my phone calls with actual answers to my questions. She pointed out things... contractor errors, paperwork flaws, misstatements, things I would have never noticed. It was Sherrie's attention to detail which made up my mind that the property I was looking to buy... was not a buy after all. She basically helped me TREMENDOUSLY by not selling, not convincing me to buy a house that was not worth buying.

I hope this makes sense, but with her total honesty she didn't make any money by helping me. I hope she doesn't feel I was a waste of her time because I learned so much from her in such a short time. Sherrie did however, earn my eternal gratitude and my trust. If there was ever a realtor you could trust, it's Sherrie. I would have no problem sending my family or best friends to Sherrie as I know they would be well taken care of. Thank you Sherrie for all of the hard work you did for me! I so much appreciate you, I never got the chance to tell you that!

Sherrie sold our home and also assisted us in the negotiation and purchase of our new home. She did an outstanding job of marketing our home and sold it in a much shorter time than the current market average at the time. She was ALWAYS accessible by phone or in person with all of our questions and concerns along the way. I would highly recommend Sherrie for all of your home buying/selling needs!!!!
