I am an independent psychotherapist (and mommy) with 14 years experience working with women and adolescents individually and in family therapy. I specialize in adolescence and issues relevant to motherhood/parenting, including but not limited to: depression, postpartum concerns, anxiety, guilt, conflict, family discord, trauma, relationships, divorce, communication, and self regulation in children and teens.

I operate on a sliding scale and accept some insurances. I offer a free telephone consultation.

My approach is warm and empathetic, however I encourage my clients to challenge themselves and their thinking in order to make changes and facilitate growth. I have been successful engaging hard to reach teens. I care deeply about what I do and the people I serve.
