We have two boys - ages 7 and 2. Our 7 year old arrived at Primrose when he was 2 and half and stayed through Private Kindergarten. Our 2 year old has been going to Primrose since he was 10 weeks old. Both boys have benefited greatly from the wonderful teachers/staff and the balanced curriculum. Primrose of West Allen is a very well managed school with dedicated owners, teachers and staff members. We are very pleased with our experience there and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nurturing and excellent learning environment for their children.

We started my son in home care and transition to Primrose when he was 3. The primrose team made the transition for my son so easy! The whole primrose staff was very nurturing and patient with him as he learned the daily routine. I wish I had known about them before so I could have started him there as an infant. My husband and I are constantly amazed with all the knowledge he has gained during the time he has been at Primrose. As a mom, I love knowing he is in a SAFE, LOVING, and FUN environment. As an educator, I truly appreciate the WELL-ROUNDED CURRICULUM. Since my son has a late summer birthday we look forward to taking advantage of spending another year at Primrose to help really prepare him for public school. Another added plus is the hands on involvement with their administrative team and owners.

Primrose of West Allen has truly been a home away from home for my children. We have been attending this school for the past two years. It was a hard transition to go from a stay at home mom to a working mom, and Primrose’s wonderful administrative staff and teachers really made it so much easier. They are always willing to check on the kids and give you updates. I have been extremely impressed by the open lines of communication and their willingness to help with any and all concerns. As a parent I appreciate the loving environment (my son ALWAYS wants to hug his teachers before he leaves) and, as an educator, I appreciate the vast amounts of knowledge the children have gained since they have become Primrose kids. Most importantly, my kids are always clean and smiling when I pick them up!

Primrose West Allen is like an extension of your family! We cannot say enough good things about this school. We have 2 children who go to this school and have been since they were infants. As working parents, we wanted to make sure that our children were in the best hands possible and we found exactly that at Primrose West Allen. Our oldest child actually wants to go to school every day and loves her teachers and friends! We are constantly amazed at the excellent education she is receiving in such a warm, caring and inviting environment!

I can't say enough about this school! My daughter has been going here for over a year now and I continue to be blown away with them! She actually WANTS to go to school, loves her teachers and friends there and she has learned so much...I am so glad to have found this place!

My 3 year old started here shortly after his birthday, and was working on potty training. They helped motivate him to completely learn, while making it a positive experience. The teachers have a heart for children and have been wonderful about keeping me updated on his progress and any trials that happen during the day. He loves going to school and learning new things, and will often tell me about what they are learning when I pick him up. The staff are always friendly and work hard to know all of the students by name personally, which says a lot to me about how the facility is run.

I toured many schools in Allen and nothing else compares. Everything is super clean and organized. The teachers and staff are extremely friendly. My son has been going here for 3 years and he has learned so much. They teach sign language early, so he could communicate to me before he could speak in sentences, now he's learning spanish. They have a curriculum and its fun, so its not free play all day. You get emails every week that tells you what is going on in the classroom and school. They even email you pictures of your children. I couldn't imagine my son anywhere else.

Primrose of West Allen is so much more than a daycare or preschool. They are a part of our family. We’ve trusted our children with the caring staff of Primrose for over 5 years and have been so pleased with the attention and love our kids have received over the years. From the weekly email updates, to the handwritten notes, we always know what our daughter is accomplishing. The teachers, directors, and owners all take a special interest in not just our daughter, but our whole family. I have to admit, there was a brief time where we left Primrose for a brand new child care facility. There was absolutely no comparison. Within 3 days, we were right back at Primrose where we belong!

We had our 2.5 year old at a traditional daycare. We began to be displeased with the lack of learning agenda and subsequently transferred her to Primrose where we have watched her blossom. Everyday she comes home with new conversation topics and states, very matter of factly new learning topics. Her spanish vocabulary is growing almost as quickly as her English vocabulary and she has perfect pronounciation. She comes home happy yet tired. The curriculum is well-balanced and allows for educational and well as play time. We have been very pleased with the results and are enrolling our infant in February.

When I began looking for a school for my daughter to attend, I was drawn to Primrose due to their excellent private kindergarten program. My daughter was only four, but she was already exhibiting advanced academic skills. Unfortunately, at other schools, she wasn't being challenged which led to her finding her own "fun" (which ultimately led to her getting in trouble oftentimes). At Primrose, the curriculum was challenging enough to keep her engaged and presented her the opportunity to grow and mature. When she started kindergarten this year, she was ahead of the game. She was already reading chapter books, doing addition, subtraction, and multiplication, and she was prepared for the social norms present in a school setting. My son continues to attend Primrose and I wouldn't have it any other way. I know he, too, will be well-prepared when he is old enough to attend public school. He loves going to school, and as a parent that has to work, I can't be more thankful.

It took me FOREVER to decide on a preschool to take my 2 year daughter to. My mom watched her for 2 years and it was a difficult decision to put her in school. When I went in for an initial visit, I actually spoke with the owner. I didn't get that priviledge with any other school. I even went to the Primrose schools by my house in McKinney and was more impressed with the one in Allen. Yes, I go 20 minutes out of my way to drop her off, but it is worth it. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The school is always inviting, clean and secure. And guess what, the other parents are nice as well. Who would have thought?! I hear horror stories from my coworkers and their daycares, and I'm so thankful I don't have to worry about Primrose. Thank you so much for putting up with a high strung mom.

If you are looking for education, care, safety, cleanliness and a family environment then Primrose School of West Allen is your Preschool. Our 2 children attend Primrose and we love the way our children at treated. It is a very loving school and I would recommend this school to any family looking for a Preschool. It is so nice to know that our children are safe, loved and receiving an excellent education.

Primrose of West Allen is an excellent environment for children. My child loves going to school every day and is really learning a lot. Their Private Kindergarten is outstanding. The staff is great, teachers are well educated and trained and the ownership is very dedicated to providing a caring and nurturing environment which promotes learning and exploration. I would highly recommend Primrose of West Allen and especially their Private Kindergarten program. It's awesome!

My son and daughter have been enrolled in Primrose since they were only months old and now are 5 and 3 yrs old respectively. I can honestly say that Primrose has exceeded my expectations on multiple fronts. Academically, Primrose strives to provide a well balanced educational program so children have a strong command of math, science, the arts, Spanish, and social studies for their specific age group. The combination of the program and nurturing teachers is unparalleled and was key to my son passing Allen's test of acceleration. He was 1 of 3 children (out of 45) that passed this test and can enroll in 1st grade. Ms. Rambly (the Kindergarten teacher at Primrose) was largely responsible for creating an environment where my son (and all the children in his class) has a passionate for learning. I am also thoroughly impressed with the level and frequency of communication between the leadership team/teachers and parents. There is not a day that goes by that I do not receive either a recap of my child's day (esp in the younger classes) directly from the teachers/staff, emailed pictures of the day's activities or reminders of upcoming events. This type of consistent and quality communication is highly comforting and allows me to conduct my day with little concern. While I can say much more about the program, what I value the most is that my children wake up every morning eager to go to Primrose. They are not just taught; they are also encouraged. They are not just taken care of; they are also loved. Primrose has been good to my entire family.

I cant imagine my children anywhere else. I am a working mom and I feel so comfortable leaving my children in the care of Primrose. Both of my children have been with Primrose since they are 3 months and I have not had one problem inthe 4 years my daughter has been there and the 5 months my son has started.

My son started at Primrose in January 2003, when he was 2 years old. He attended it for 4 years. My daughter started when she was 3 months old and is still there. Primrose W. Allen is an amazing school. The owners are always available to talk to if you need anything and the Director, Bethany, is amazing. I never worry about anything because I know she will always take care of everything. As a mother who works all day, it is nice to know that my daughter is being watched over by the best!

Primrose of West Allen has been a wonderful, nurturing environment for my son. He's 4 now and we have been at Primrose since he was 2. He has learned so much and really enjoys going to school everyday! The teachers and administrative staff are truly amazing. They really care about the kids and how they are growing and developing. They are available, approachable, knowledgeable in the field of child development and really have the kids' best interest at heart. I wouldn't send my son anywhere else! Five stars for Primrose of West Allen!

We moved to the Allen area about a year ago. We have been a Primrose family before and decided to stick with the familiar when moving our girls to Allen.

This school has surpassed our expectations. Our girls love going to school every day, and love all of the extra curricular activities they get to participate in during the day. For the past few weeks, our girls have had sundaes, snow cones, prepared for the 4th of July parade, and had lots of fun painting and building Father's Day gifts.

We are very happy with this school and especially love the front desk staff. They open the school with a warm and friendly smile every morning and a big hug out the door in the afternoons.

I have two boys that have been going to Primrose of West Allen for almost 4 years. My youngest has been there since an infant; the other went preschool through private kindergarten and continues in the Explorers program. Both boys have had excellent experiences educationally and socially. The staff is caring and capable. I recommend Primrose West Allen for quality, caring, education focused child care.

With preschools popping up all over town, it is easy to become wowed by the latest and greatest facility and false promises made by owners or directors who have no history. Primrose School of West Allen is hands-down the BEST school in Allen. Our sons and daughter felt loved, we felt nurtured as a family, and the curriculum and professionalism of the owners and managers is fantastic. You will not regret your choice to attend this school.

All three of our kids attend Primrose of West Allen. Our oldest went all the way through their private kindergarten program, and he was extremely well prepared to enter public school the following year. He enjoys their Explorers after-school program and fun summer camps.

The staff is kind and nurturing, and my kids have learned so much.

I can't say enough good things about Primrose! My son has excelled since he came to Primrose a year ago. The teachers and staff are amazing. He loves to go to school! I think this is the best pre-school in Allen. It's made a big difference in my son's and our life.

I feel very fortunate to have Primrose School of West Allen as the place my children attend. My 5-year-old has a fabulous, caring teacher, and my second-grader has a safe place to do homework and play after school. I don't know what I'd do without this wonderful school. I'll be sad when my kids are too old to attend!

Besides all of the wonderful friends they (and we) have made, Primrose has given them a solid foundation of learning and life expreience that has aptly prepared them to enter elementary school. Our child has been with Primrose (West Allen) for more than a year now and we have seen significant development in his vocabulary, communication and social skills. The school offers a very warm, welcoming and nurturing environment. One great thing about this school is that it provides ample opportunities for feedback between the parent and the teacher.The owner and school management take a very active interest in the school activities and are always available and willing to address any concerns.

We have been with the scholl for nearly 8 months and have been very happy with the positive impacts it has brought to our family! The school is very family-centric and has many fun new activities and learning opportunities for our 3-year old! Our daughter has matured dramatically since we have been to the school, and she is always very excited to go back to see her favorite teacher and friends. We highly recommend this school to all of our friends with small children!
