Becoming a Mom puts women on a path that changes constantly. We find ourselves dodging countless obstacles, detours, and lane changes when it comes to handling caregiving, paid work / career, relationships, and even keeping our identities intact.
No matter where you are on this journey, no matter the age of your kids, Mothers & More is here for you!
Seasoned Mom, first-time Mom, at-home Mom, workplace Mom, Mompreneur -- every Mom is figuring out how to make it work. We get it. We understand -- because we're Moms, too, and we've been there ourselves.
The Twin Cities East chapter of Mothers & More provides:
* Friendships
* Helpful insight and information
* A place to solve those motherhood puzzles
* Space to rediscover yourself – you as a whole person, including life as Mom
* ...And lots of good times!
We need each other! Connect with women who have Motherhood -- and more -- in common.
Our members are from: Woodbury, Lake Elmo, Stillwater, Oakdale, Maplewood, North St. Paul, Mahtomedi, White Bear Lake, Cottage Grove, Afton, and other communities on both sides of the central St. Croix River Valley. We also have members from Lino Lakes and Forest Lake!
This chapter of Mothers & More has experienced steady growth since getting started in 2006, and offers a very positive group of supportive women representing a range of work and caregiving decisions. Members have kids from infancy through school-age -- it's a nice change to connect with Moms who've 'been there' and can share their experiences, and to be able to choose evening or daytime activities without being squeezed into one or the other.
