I am a life coach and registered yoga teacher. My work cultivates the best qualities in all people. I work one-on-one with moms, dads, husbands, and wives over the phone or in-person. I also create custom in-home workshops for entire families. It's an amazing experience to host one of my workshops for your family. The idea of re-creating your family is not about changing anything about your family or the people in your family, it is about allowing the true character and spirit of every individual to soar in your family.

-Learn to let go of the "struggle" in families moment-by-moment, leaving you open to enjoy life as a family for years to come!
My programs are for healthy individuals and families, perhaps with 'normal' every day struggles or perhaps going through a tough time, who want to make a difference for themselves and/or their families. Inviting me to work with your family can be one of the most enlivening and loving experiences your family has ever had.
Although, I will customize a program just for you and your family, my commitment always is to create a life you love and fulfill the dreams you have as individuals and as a family. My programs include, but are not limited to areas of romance/relationships, finances, career, work/life balance, religion/spirituality, working through life transitions, embracing everyone's uniqueness and learning to love yourself, i.e. self-empowerment.
