Although we’ve never met, you and I have something in common. We are all parents. I carefully “childproofed” my home when my son's were born. You know the drill, childproof cabinet locks in the kitchen, outlet covers for the wall outlets, ensure there is nothing small within arms reach to put in their mouth. I thought my home was safe. Was I wrong!
Who would have thought to keep the bottle of baby shampoo out of reach? It is toxic if swallowed. It only takes a second for little ones to stick their fingers into the soap dispenser of the dishwasher and then quickly into their mouth……this can be fatal!
