Simply put, Maria knows everything there is to know about hosting au pairs. She can help you through the entire process- from interviewing, to selecting, to welcoming, to working together, to saying goodbye.

Maria does an especially good job with planning events for the au pairs to introduce them to each other and the community. All the fun activities and strong friendships make the au pairs happy to be here, which in turn makes them happy and energetic caregivers for their host children.

As a Host Family in the Farmington Valley Area with our third au pair thru Maria's firm and under her guidance, we are so pleased with everything! We have hosted a cultural care au pair for the past 3 years. Having Maria as our LCC in the program has been wonderful! We joined with Cultural Care Au Pair and Maria in welcoming our first au pair in May of 2008. The entire experience has been amazing. Maria has been there for us since the beginning. She is always a phone call away and continues to answer our questions and give advice. Having an au pair has been like adding a new family member. Our children enjoy learning about new cultures, language and traditions. It truly has been an amazing experience that we will continue this May with our new au pair.
