I am a parent who has been with Child Care Solutions since 2007. I love them! Their service is awesome and a God send. I am military and it was so hard for me and my children when we first came here. We were recommended to Child Care Solutions actually through another parent using them and have been with them every since. I was reading the one review on here by another parent. I have never heard anything negative about them or had any negative experiences with Child Care Solutions or their services. I know quite a few parents who use their childcare providers. I love them and have never had a problem. They always have came through for me and my family and reliability has never been an issue. I LOVE CHILD CARE SOLUTIONS AND SO DO MY CHILDREN!!!!! (smiles) Sorry Sarah you feel that way.
Child Care Solutions are full of empty promises. They act as if they are this wonderful company and will make sure that you and your child are taking care of. The providers that they have are mostly over weight and unable to keep up with toddler aged children. I used them for a course of about 3 months, and they switched my children's sitter four times. When they said they were going to do it a fifth, I left the company. Children need stability and should be able to get comfortable with one person. They had me going from Chesapeake to Norfolk. While using them, I missed 5 days of work in that 3 month period because they had no one to watch my kids. I am a single mother of two and almost lost my job due to them. When talking to the people in there office they talk down to you like you are a two year old, cut you off while trying to speak. and try to justify everything wrong that they do. I strongly recommend using another company. The idea of this sounds perfect, but truly it is horrible.
This buissness is a great source for your children we actually care about the children and give the children a nice calm enviroment to be in.
