Having a baby changes a marriage! Love looks one way when we don't have a child and it looks another way when we do. I am a licensed Marriage, Family, Child Therapist specializing in helping new parents bring back the intimacy & connection they had before babies. Wouldn't it be wonderful to bring the same focus, energy and head-over-heels in love feeling to your marriage you give your baby and to feel that from your partner?! Having a baby is wonderful and incredible. It is also a HUGE adjustment. I know. I felt it deeply. I was surprised by it. And I have done the work myself - and I can now say happily I have been married for 26 years!

I spoke to Catherine about my marital situation following the birth of my first child. I found her to be insightful, compassionate, wise and down to earth. She helped my husband and I to overcome some of those early challenges--that are all made worse by lack of sleep--and to see eye to eye again. I was shocked at how hard parenting was on our relationship in those early months but we are stronger now than we've ever been and we owe a lot of that to Catherine!
