A doula is a professional childbirth assistant skilled in helping you make informed decisions during pregnancy, childbirth, and the immediate postpartum.

I believe that birth is primarily a normal, natural event and that mothers have intuition to know what is best for their bodies, their babies, and their birth.

I provide the following services:

~ Labor Doula (certified with CAPPA)
~ Sibling Labor Doula (for those who wish to include their children at birth)
~ Unlimited free breastfeeding support (I am an accredited La Leche League Leader)
~ Henna tattoos specializing in pregnancy, Mother Blessings, and baby showers (see www.hennadenver.com)
~ Pregnancy, Birth, and Newborn Photography
~ Babywearing Consultations: Try different kinds of slings and carriers from my "Sling Library!" I am also a Baby K'tan retailer.
