Since day one, Shayla delivers excellent attention to our son . Consistency of care far exceeds a traditional chain day care center. We have been extremely pleased thus far. Our son is so excited when we arrive each morning. I feel that having various age children at AAA Wee Care benefits our son. He learns quickly from boys and girls twice his age.

We would recommend Shayla to any parent who truly cares what their child is doing each day. The art projects are created with excellent imagination too!

My two boys (5 and 3 1/2) have been going to Shayla's for the last two years. My oldest son is extremely shy around people, but he took to Shayla very quickly. She is a very patient person with the kids and one can easily tell how much she loves the children that are in her care. Shayla is very good about keeping the lines of communication open. My youngest son is not the "easiest" of children, so Shayla has researched (on her own doing) multiple ways to handle and correct his behavior. Because of this approach, he has made great strides and is typically much better behaved than he had been in the past.

For those of you that will be new to in-home daycare, Shayla makes the transition very easy. It is amazing to me that I can walk into her house and not feel the stress that I used to feel at the bigger daycare the boys used to go to. The days are very structured, so the kids know what to expect. Shayla also gives plenty of advance notice when she will be closed...this is much appreciated so that my husband and I can make other arrangements for the kids.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Shayla. The only thing I wish she did differently was take younger kids so that my 3 month old daughter could go, too. But, 18 months will come along soon enough!

Both of our children attended Shayla's pre-school from 2001-2004. We couldn't have been more pleased. It was a great feeling to know they were being cared for by a loving individual and learning so much at the same time. Shayla was easy to communicate with and always had the children's best interest in mind.

Our son had the opportunity to spend 2 and 1/2 years at Wee Care with Shayla. Shayla is very consistant, organized, clean and loving. Children are engaged throught the day with the ABeka curriculum, fun crafts, and Spanish once a week. My son was reading above grade level for Kindergarten and had already learned to tie his shoes when he left to start school. I knew when I left him each day that he would be cared for and loved. I could not have had a better in-home childcare experience. Expectations are set high as children are expected to use their manners, respect others and clean up after themselves... which carries over into other aspects of their lives. I could truly go on forever. Shayla was a wonderful care giver for our son.

I have known Shayla for about 7 years. She was the day care provider for both my daughter and son. Shayla provided a happy, healthy, safe environment for my children. She was flexible and caring in everything she did. At the age of 5, my son was reading and writing with ease. If I had any other children to send to Shayla, I would do it without hesitation. She runs an amazing day care service where all children have the opportunity to grow and thrive. Shayla will always be part of our family!!

Shayla is genuinely wonderful and gifted with children. Both of my younger two children have benefited greatly from her teaching. My oldest child was more than prepared for kindergarten and my youngest is learning so much. Shayla has always provided a warm and loving environment and I can't thank her enough for all that she has done over the years. It can be really tough to find quality daycare and Shayla is definitely a cut above the rest...

We found Shayla 5 years ago when we moved to Woodland Springs. When our second son was born as soon as she had a place he was there. She has been really great with our youngest as he can be a handful and a small group is perfect for him. Thanks to Shayla and her using Abeka my older son was more than ready for Kindergarten and my 3 year old is really starting to enjoy his lessons. We love Shayla and she is now more than just a sitter she is family.

Shayla Provided 5 years of childcare for my children. She is wonderful. She and her home provided a loving and learning environment. Her curriculum was outstanding, my children were well prepared for Kindergarten. The Spanish was an added bonus and the kids loved it. My little girl is 2 years old and has been going to Miss Shayla for a month now. My husband and I are blown away at how much our child is learning. She came home and points out everything that is yellow and is recognizing the #2. I can't tell you how comfortable I feel leaving her in Shayla's care each day knowing how much fun she is having and the learning that is occuring through lessons and play.

WOW! WOW! WOW! We feel truly blessed to have found such an amazing person to care for our sweet baby boy! Mrs. Shayla is an amazing caregiver who treats these kiddos like they are her own. My 18 month old son comes home everyday with an activity that he has completed. We LOVE to see what he has scribbled each day: ) I feel so comfortable leaving Mason with her. She is very welcoming to my silly phone calls when I am lonesome and always has great things to say! Thanks Shayla for loving our precious boy. We are so blessed that YOU are who our Mason is learning from each and everyday while we are away!!!!

I have an almost 3yr old and he has been in her care for what will be a year Dec. 1st. She is wonderful with him and the other children and has taught him so much. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
