Hiya, Does anyone know of a good baby and mom yoga class on the westside? Or any mommy and me classes?
I go to the Mommy and Me class on Tuesdays whenever my baby is awake enough for it and we LOVE it.

Gayle teaches a nice class at Santa Monica yoga Friday mornings.
First she does yoga with the kids and then she pulls out a container of toys that keeps the kids busy for a while.

also the YMCA in SM have various classes like swimming and gym with your little ones. Have fun!

Emerson Adult School in Westchester has M&M classes according to your child's age. It is very affordable , about $45 a semester. I went there with my son and am now attending with my daughter.
