I am looking for a website or video that I can watch to do yoga or something similar. I know you can buy a DVD but money is tight so I would prefer to just watch it on-line and do a simple workout.

What can I do next?

I have found that there are a lot of workouts on youtube. I think I even found the p90 series on there.

Do you have On Demand on your tv?
TONS of exercise videos there for free. (Well, not including the cable bill.)

I've tried yoga websites. But honestly You Tube is much easier. It just takes longer to find something, so be specific with your search.

Try Half Priced Books. They have used DVD's.

If you have a smartphone or tablet, there is a free app called "simply yoga" that I like.

If you search it on Pinterest, you will get oodles of poses and yoga routines to try out. (Though they will more likely be pictures, not videos...)

Otherwise, I would just hop on youtube and search for "beginner yoga class". I'm sure something would be listed there.

I have Bob Harper's Weight Loss Yoga and love it. I have it in DVD form, but it's available for instant download on Amazon. You can customize the program based on your level and schedule (for instance, doing 20 minutes one time or 45 the next). It's a good workout! If you're looking for a relaxing yoga DVD, this one isn't it.

My friend does yogaglo and loves it, but it's 18.00/month...but that's a lot cheaper than taking an actual class. You get tons of workouts and a variety of instructors.
