Xfinity (Comcast) Cable -- on Demand "Kid Proofing" Question

Is there any way to program the box to not show inappropriate previews of other shows while you click through all the menus to get to the kids' shows? I'd like to know if there is a way before I call the cable company to complain.

I'm really sick of seeing previews for shows that have a lot of gore, shooting, slicing with big blades, and attacking scenes, etc. Then the stupid thing doesn't go as quickly as it should....most days.

Thanks!

What can I do next?

Not that I know of, when we used to have it I just asked what show then sent him on an errand in the house while I got the show running.

Nope, previews are commercials. There is no way to block them.

I'd also like to know. Sometimes *I* don't even want to see certain previews.
