You can use a steam iron. Hang them up and then steam them while they are in place. But like the other poster mentioned, over time they will straighten out.
I just bought curtains and of course they were folded and crunched inside that bag. They are cheap but so are we. I don't want to hang them up there all crumpled looking. The tag says -No drier-no iron-do not dry clean-wash cold and line dry. How is any of that going to get the wrinkles out of the curtains? any suggestions?
Meh... I'm returning them for something nicer. Thanks for all advice.

What are the curtains made of? "No iron" doesn't mean there aren't wrinkles in them when they come out of the package. You could see what happens when you let them hang for a couple of days. Or you could "iron" them with a steam iron on low (you want to expose them to the steam, not to the heat, so don't really touch the fabric with the iron). A lot of it depends on the fabric content.
Got any friends with a steam dryer?
If not take your iron, put it on high steam, hang the curtains and steam the wrinkles out. Just make sure you don't touch the curtains with the surface of the iron.
I would hang them and spray them with water from a spray bottle, or hand wash them and hang them to dry. I always let curtains dry hanging right on the curtain rod, I just put towels down to catch the drips.
Hang them, they will wrinkle out due to heat and gravity. I do it all the time.
The water will get the wrinkles out - might take more than one try. You could use a steamer since water is okay. If they are cheap, then use a very gentle cycle or even a "soak" cycle with practically no agitation of the washer tub. IF you don't have a steamer, then wet the curtains, hang them up (and if necessary weight down the bottom hem a little bit clipping something on with clothespins. Use a spray bottle on any remaining crease marks while the curtain is still hanging.
Hang them up in the bathroom when you take a shower. The steam will get the majority of them out. You could always put the dryer on "Fluff" for 10 minutes too.
