Does anyone know about a place where they have workouts for pregnant women in the Miami or Ft. Lauderdale area?

What can I do next?

Hi R.! I attended the prenatal yoga classes at Memorial Regional Rehabilitation Fitness Center in Hollywood. I really enjoyed them and they were priced very reasonably.

R.: There are a few places that offer prenatal exercise.
http://www.prenatalplusyoga.com/
Prana Yoga 247 Malaga Ave. Coral Gables, Fl.
Ayama Yoga Studio 2624 NE 188th St. North Miami Fl. 33180

Good Luck in your search! I personally never tried any, but heard great things about Prenatal Plus Yoga, and Bely N Kicks. I simply went to my gym regularly, then once I got too big and uncomfortable I swam in my pool every day.
