I am a parent of 3 wonderful children. I do work outside of home, but balancing home life and work life is so stressful on me. I have been searching for good companies to work for from home but I can't seem to find one. If anyone knows of a reputable company that I can work from home, please let me know..Thanks and thank tou for your time. Also any info on medical billing from home would be wonderful, because I went to school for it and graduated with high honors. No one wants to hire me because I don't have 2-3 years experience.

Hi! My name is S. I can see that you are interested in working at home. I was in your shoes once, I have a 16 month old, and want nothing more then to be home with her all the time. The company I work for makes that possible! Work at home united provides great support and motivation to get started and earn big money. I earned more then $500 my first month alone, granted I had a great first month, but I am proof that it is possible! This isn’t something that will make you rich over night, but if you’re willing to put in a little time, the pay off will be huge, not can be, WILL be. Please let me know if you would like more information wither by emailing me, ____@____.com, or visiting my website and filling out the form at

I can’t wait to hear from you!

Hi V.,
I know that this is some 6 months later of your posting, but I am very new to Mammasource and I am searching through the archives regarding work at home opportunities. I opened your posting to read respones you were given and then read that you went to school for MB. I also went and graduated with high honors. I was placed with the company I did an externship with and worked there for just over 1 year when the privately owned company fell on hard times and could not make employee payroll any longer. It has now been 5 months that I have been looking for MB work and have the same problem with needing 2-3 years experience. I'm rather frustrated because I initially went into the field because of the alleged opportunities that existed in MB for at home work. I quickly learned that is a lot of FALSE FALSE FALSE HYPE!!! My question to you is ... Have you had any change in finding MB work as of yet? I'm wondering if I should give up on it. In fact, have you had any success with finding (successful)work from home at all. Please pass on any info you can share with me. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I have been searching for similar ops as well and all I have been able to find are direct sales company(I now consult for Tastefully Simple). But direct sales can be very hard. There are some telemarketing companies you could try.... like Alpine Access. Good luck!!!

I've been looking for an opportunity for some time, and what I found is that it's much easier to get into an established company and then "create" a position with flexibility. I was the subject of the GMA piece w/Tory Johnson about how to ask for a flexible, work from home schedule. (I actually got linked to her from this website!)

Long story short, I had approached my boss about a flex schedule when planning my maternity leave, but it was not eagerly received. But after working with Tory, getting on GMA, and getting the blessing (and good press)from my job (a large hospital in the city), I now have much more flexiblity. They have issued me a laptop, I can access the internal intranet system and my boss has finally realized that 1.) the world will not end if I'm not sitting outside of his office, 2.) I am a responsible and dedicated worker, especially when I can carve out time for both my family and my job, and 3.) I'm not so crazy after running my kids back and forth to school, grocery shopping, etc.

What I'm saying is ...if you already are working and established in a company and have a good reputation with your peers and with your boss, why not try to adjust a current work environment? Maybe work at home one or two days per week? You could get some laundry done while emailing clients, you could get dinner on sooner, you could get some rest while answering calls (and not being interrupted, etc.

Is this a possiblity?
