ITS ALWAYS BEEN SAID ITS EASIER TO LOOSE WEIGHT WITH A FRIEND SO IF ANY MOM NEEDS AN EXCERSIZE OR WALKING BUDDY THAT MAKES TWO OF US! THE CRESTWOOD REC. CENTER HAS A NICE GYM OR JUST WALKING AROUND A PARK WITH THE KIDS IN STROLLERS A FEW DAYS A WEEK LOOKING FOR SOME MOM AROUND MY VICINITY OR CHGO RIDGE, PALOS, MIDLOTHIAN, CRESTWOOD,ALSIP, ORLAND ECT.

I'm in Alsip and walk along the track up at Prairie Jr. High School. There is also a track at the Apollo recreation center, I've had a membership there for the gym. They also have a women's gym and babysitting services. Just a little fyi... Apollo is on 124th & Kostner.
