I agree with the other moms about wahm.com. It's a very informative site. You might also look for telecommuting jobs on craigslist, or find freelance work on sites like odesk. Many people working from home have several positions and/or businesses to make ends meet. I just started with a new company today called LaBella Baskets. It is a great opportunity to work from home without having a quota or being required to do parties. Plus, each month the company donates to single moms who are struggling. If you want to earn a professional income, you will likely still need daycare. It's a common misconception that working from home equates to no child care. I have worked from home as a freelance writer for nine years now and depend on childcare and school hours to get in my work time.
