This is H.. Things are not going very well . My husband is useless and won't get a job looking to make more money than he does. He does'nt even make enough to support us. I have some health issues but can't afford to go to the doctors and have no insurance. I have a torn legament in my left knee and if you know anything about that, painful and long time to heal. So my question for today is; does anyone know of a legitimate business to do from home where you actually get paid, if so please let me know pronto. My girls and I are drowning and I have to step to the plate and take over. Then through him out seeing as how he's proven to be completely useless.

What can I do next?

Get real..... NO person gets paid to stay home and parent their children on a corporate paycheck.
I am sorry you are going through a tough time. Many places are hiring... Might not be your first pick but hiring!!!

Think outside the box... If you must stay home ... Babysit , sell what you don't need on Craigslist and/or EBay

Take what job you are offered and move up the ranks and be a good employee.

If I were you... I'd steer clear of MLM and their schemes unless you want to be out more $$$ and be pressured to sell and recruit.

Best wishes!

I suggest you consider a desk job such as something at a call center or a phone line/help line. You need a stable income and often then work at home jobs do not follow through what they say they are going to do.

They don't deposit the checks they say you earned, they go out of business and then a few days later they form a new business under a different name and you're out of luck because they don't exist anymore.

I have never heard of a good stay at home job that was not something arranged through a previous employer.

okay, lets see, I would recommend, ebay. I have an ebay store and i just gather stuff form thrift stores/ yard sales etc. I range ###-###-#### a month. Also a friend of mine quit her job bc she started selling pure romance, she has 4 parties a month usually so 1 a week and last month made over 3k in profit.

Yes, there are work from home jobs... but people don't get them unless they have a special skill. I know lawyers, accountants, project managers, and estimators who work from home and make great money. And I know of a few call center companies who hire work from home agents. The money is about the same as you'd make in any other call center job.

For all of the above jobs, you need to WORK, not watch your children. So unless you have daycare for your kids, you can't work from home. In this economy companies have enough people begging for work that they're not going to hire someone to sit at home and watch their kids when they can get a full time and fully committed employee.
