Here is a link to their website.. http://woodside-homes.com/ ..I have been in some of their higher-end models and they are beautiful. They've been around for a while and have LOTS of communities in the Vegas valley. It'd be really hard for them to pull up and run, they are too big. Now, I've never done any business with them so I can't say anything from personal experience, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them if they had the house I wanted. Hope that helps a little bit.

I have lived in one for 12 years now. I love it. They worked very well with me on changes to the interior when we moved in. Customer service was good too.

Hi A.!

I moved to Vegas from California and Woodside Homes is pretty big in California. We almost bought a Woodside Home in Henderson, but we ended up not going with them because 1) It was my husband's 2nd choice and my 3rd choice house and 2) We tried to reach them several times via phone and never got a call back. We started wondering if the sales team couldn't call us back, what kind of customer service would we be getting?

However, from everything I have heard, Woodside Homes is pretty reputable (in California anyway).

We live in a woodside home (we rent), it is valued at about 280,000. I don't know if the issues here are the builder or the land (likely both), we have a lot of cracks in the ceiling joints. Also I think they did a very poor job as far as finishing on the interior. The paint is crappy (house was built in 2005) It seems like they only used 1 coat of paint. There are obvious flaws in the taping of the drywall as well. Again I don't really know whether to blame the builder or the crew that finished the house, but we are certainly not impressed with the quality. We moved here from the midwest where tract? homes are not a big thing, houses over there take several months to go up. I have seen this community have 10 newly finished homes an a matter of a month or so. I guess the old saying you get what you pay for isn't always true!
