hi, i bought ours at toys r us for 499.00 check out their adds as they have sales now and then.
There is a place called Fox at 111th st. and Cicero that makes and sells all kind of wooden playsets. We went there last night and they had several great models for less than $1000. Check out their website at:
I've been looking on Craigslist.org for a used Step 2 clubhouse & I've seen some postings for wooden ones.
If you're looking to save money & you don't mind a used one you might want to see what's listed.
