We're feeling the pangs of cabin fever and thought we might check out a hotel with the indoor water park attached, maybe in the Dells? My son is only 10 months old so we won't be swimming all day long and will probably do a different activity in the afternoon. Any suggestions?

We love the Wilderness Resort in WI Dells. We've gone every year since my oldest was about the age of your son, after many people told us it was the best water park for little ones. There are little kiddie areas where they can just sit in shallow water and splash. On our most recent trip, we stayed in a condo rather than the hotel, and it was VERY nice, especially having a full kitchen. They have a great website - check it out!

We stayed at The Atlantis in the Dells. There is a pool inside with water park stuff, mostly for kids. We loved the fantasy suite with the round bed, the hot tub and the big screen TV! We got a great deal too!
We've gone to Wilderness Lodge which is at Lake Geneva, not the Dells. It's a closer drive and they have a baby play area. The rooms have kitchen accomodations, but not an oven, just a stovetop. My friend discovered that when she brought lasagna for dinner.
