L.A.
I would just do veggies with dip and some cut up fruit.. maybe sprinkled with coconut or coconut on the side..
I am organizing my son's 1st grade school holiday party. The teacher would like the party to be "winter" themed instead of on specific holidays. I have ordered picture frames for the kids to decorate with sticker snowflakes but am short on food ideas. Someone else is bringing the sweet part of the snack. I was thinking about making snowflake shaped sandwiches but am drawing a blank on any other ideas. The food MUST be nut free.
Thanks for your suggestions:)

Maybe snowman-shaped sandwiches instead? Or you could make wreath shapes, which could be really cute if you dyed some bread dough green. Unless wreaths are too "Christmas."
I like the other suggestions given by others. You could also make a tree laid out on a tray with broccoli florets, with some scattered grape tomatoes for "ornaments", if it is ok with the teacher. You can put a small container of Ranch Dressing at the bottom of the tree.
Another suggestion is snowflake cookies with some powdered sugar on top for snow.
pigs in a blanket
snowflake shaped Ritz crackers
sargento's snowflake cheese (haven't seen it this year :( )
bagel pizzas
UTZ tree shaped pretzels
This is a sweet snack, but maybe if you look at the picture you can try to copy it with health stuff? It's a cute penguin snack.

Marshmallow snowmen, with marshmallows, pretzels, and Hershey's (nut free) chocolate chips.
