Why am I not receiving my emails anymore anybody else having these problems.I use to receive an email of all the questions mom had now I'm not receiving them anymore

It has happened to me in the past. Go to help and send in a request they will fix it for you. Have a great day!!!
Have you checked your spam or junk mail box? It could be that they are going there and you just need to mark them as not spam or junk mail.
I'm not getting them either. I get oen maybe every two to three days if that. If someone leaves a personal message I do get an email then.
