I AM TOTALLY GETTING OLD! Ha ha. This last weekend Cartoon Network at 2 Bugs Bunny movies on that I thought my kids would enjoy. My son goes "Whose bugs bunny?" What!! HOw do you not know who Bugs Bunny is. Jkjk.

So we watched the movies and he LOVED it. So ladies, can you remember all the charecters from Looney Toons?

My original list before I had to google was:

Bugs Bunny
Daffy Duck
Willy Coyote
Road Runner and
Marvin the Martion.

Who else remembers?? And who else feels old about this, lol?

What can I do next?

I have an unfair advantage, so won't post. My 8yo discovered the Pink Panther last year and we have been on an 'old' cartoon binge ever since (including BW mickey and mortimer mouse). He cried when some of the creators died recently, so it really is a bit of an obsession!

What I find super fun about Looney Tunes, however, is that it started out as an adult show that I think aired at something like 1am. You know, the whole Bugs cross dressing thing was REALLY risque (as in to adult for "decent" adults, much less children) so it was shoved into a "static" slot when it first was aired.

I remember! All the ones I thought of have already been mentioned here. I also liked the baby versions. Remember Daffy Duck as a baby flushing the toilet repeatedly and saying, "Water go down the hoooole." Then flushing everything in the bathroom and saying the same thing.

Do you remember the Animaniacs?! Yakko, Wakko, and Dot?! "Helllooooooo Nurse!" They don't make GOOD cartoons like those anymore! Thanks for the trip down Memory Lane!! :o)

Yes, I remember. Looked forward to Saturday mornings when cartoons were on. This was back when we had maybe five TV channels. You're not the only old one here! :)

I prefer the Looney Tunes cartoons over the new ones - Bey Blades, etc.

Daffy, Bugs, Wil E. Coyote, Elmer Fudd, Sylvester the Cat, Tweety the bird, Grandma (Tweety's owner), Marvin the Martian, Road Runner, ACME Rentals (can't forget them!!), Tazmanian Devil - aka Tazz,

My boys were playing TV tag after school and my oldest yelled out Fraggle Rock and non of the kids believed him that it was a real show. One of the teachers had to tell the kids it was real.

The hunter-but I don't remember his name

My kids are total Tom and Jerry fans! We've gotten the oldest into Huckleberry Hound as well! We actually have the Looney Toons collection on DVD -there are about 10 or 12 DVDs, and my oldest LOVES them. He goes through phases of only wanting to watch the Roadrunner stuff or loving Tweety Bird, etc. I love the old cartoons! Sylvester and Tweety are just about my favorites! "Awwww, I tawt I taw a puddy tat!"
