I just use the recipe that is on the back of the Tollhouse choc. chip bag, but I cut the amount of chips in half and add 1 small package of instant vanilla pudding mix before the chips go in(white chocolate or french vanilla works too). The pudding mix makes them stay thicker and keeps them really moist on the inside. Everyone always wants my "recipe".

This blog has some really good recipes: http://www.cookiemadness.net

I think it depends if you like thick and cakey, chewy or crispy cookies. There are a variety on the web site. I prefer cookies that are a bit more crispy and I do not like to use shortening. My favorite so far have been these: http://www.cookiemadness.net/?p=901

I like the receipe on the Hershey's chocolate chip bag. I think the "real butter" is the key to awesome cookies!

If you add a box of instant vanilla pudding to a chocolate chip cookie recipe it will keep the cookies incredibly moist. My cookies always seem to be a hit, yet their so simple!

I use the Nestle Tollhouse recipe, but only use 6oz of chocochips instead of 12oz and add an extra 1/4 cup flour. It helps the cookies be fluffier. Everyone loves my cookies and are shocked to find it is the Nestle recipe with a little extra.

I will be trying the recipe with the less chips and additional pudding mix. That sounds interesting!! Thanks for sharing!

Good luck!!
