I'm so hungry. I need to go to bed before I eat something. I love that I can eat sweets on this program. Though something is not sitting right with that very aspect. Does not seem normal to be able to eat dessert everyday! I know it is full of preservatives and sodium and sugar but hey it is working so far. SOOO hungry!

the ol' man and i just finished it (although we're going to keep using the protein shakes and treats.) are you eating your full four cups of greens? we were very surprised at how much drinking all that water and eating all those greens really do fill you up! we've had to resort to green smoothies to stay caught up. woman can only eat so much kale salad<G>.
i'm with you on the frankenfood aspect. i almost didn't even try it because i so loathe packaged preserved food. it tastes surprisingly okay, though, doesn't it? i was SO ready to go back to real food, but doing the NS for a while wasn't the torture i expected.
and the protein smoothies rock. they actually taste okay and OMG, fill us up so much! the desserts are good too (at least some of them, some were awful) and the downside is that after having dessert throughout the diet, we very much got into the habit of having daily dessert, which we never did before. it's hard finding substitutes, which is why i'll probably buy some more just of the protein shakes and treats. luna bars are great, but very expensive and have a lot more calories. i'm trying to find things to make for us, but not having a lot of luck.
my husband lost over 20lbs. he looks terrific! i cheated more so naturally lost less, not quite 10, but it's a good 10. i've gone down at least one size and feel great. so overall it was well worth it.
make sure you eat every time you're supposed to, and pound down those greens!
