Which Movie - - Dan in Real Life or Fred Clause??

Over this past weekend I actually saw 3 movies!!!

Dan in Real Life with my hubby and 13 year old daughter...it was a funny movie...sorta slow about the first half....then after the "piggy" song it seemed to pick up...we all laughed and really enjoyed it...not the "best" I have ever seen...but definately a good entertaining movie....if you have a family that likes to be in each others business even a little bit you will be able to relate!!!

Then I saw Beowolf in Imax 3D....pretty good...I enjoyed it more than I thought I would!!! Its amazing they can make a cartoon look so real!!!!(just me and hubby and some other adults for that one)

Then hubby and daughter and I saw Mr Magoriums Magic Emporium...it was a feel good movie...imaginative and cute...definately OK for younger kids too.

I did not see Fred Clause....but I am not a big fan of the lead actor.....friends of my 13 yr old saw it and they apparently did not enjoy it??

So there are my weekend movie reviews!! LOL

Haven't seen Fred Clause but Dan in Real Life was a "cute" movie. When we left the movie that was everyone's response as they were leaving. "cute"

I haven't seen either, but I had heard by a few critics that Dan in Real Life is cute, but it has it's drama moments too. I believe it's more of a romantic movie. I Love Steve Carell

I also LOVE Vince Vaughen so I would guess that Fred Clause would give you some great laughs...because for me...I laugh at ALL Vince Vaughen movies. Either would be great, depending on your mood for either a funny drama, or just a comedy.

I saw Dan in Real Life and thought it was a sweet movie. I have not heard great things about Fred Clause, but I am sure it would have a few good laughs...have a great anniversary!

Haven't seen Fred Clause but Dan in Real Life was both funny and moving. My husband and I went on a double date to this and we all LOVED IT!

I heard Fred Clause was one of the worst movies ever! Dan in Real Life looks good to me, but I haven't seen it.

My sons' went to see Fred Claus and said it was really good. They said we'll have to buy it when it comes out!

I haven't seen either movie, but I did hear that Fred Clause bombed at the theaters.

I really liked Dan in Real Life--my husband did too. i havent seen Fred Claus.
