Central Market in Southlake and Market Street in Colleyville have pretty good selections of chili peppers. You should call first and they should be able to tell you if they have what you're looking for.
Pendrey's in Downtown Fort Worth. Chilies dried, pulverized, powered, in sauces... etc... that is their specialty... and they've been around FOREVER... it is a really neat place to see.
