We are going with friends and taking my daughter to the Taylor Swift concert in August. Where is the best and easiest place to park for a concert at Soldier Field. Looking for convenience and easy access. Don't want to have to walk too far since we will have younger ones with us.

Any suggestions or tips you have would be great! Thanks!

If you have to drive in, the North Garage or the Waldron Garage are the closest but still require walking. You cannot park on the street anywhere around the area due to residential restrictions. And you will need to arrive early to be sure to get to the concert in time. It can be a bear in that area when there are events.

It's always easiest to take public transportation. If you are going to drive, park in one of the downtown garages and hop a cab over to Soldier Field.

Well, we simply leave the car at home and use public transportation to go downtown for events like that. Partly because we plan to have a drink or two while we are out. The only other suggestion I have is Millennium Park but that is still a park and walk situation. I wish I could be more helpful.
