I was just at the Everything Babyfest this weekend and apparently missed the area for the Photo ID and finger printing. Does anyone know where I can get this done for my 1 year old for Free.

I agree, I think your local police station will do it. Just as an FYI, I tried to have my daughter's done when she was 1 or younger and they told me they wouldn't fingerprint under 2 years.

Last time I had it done, the local police did it at the local library as one of the library events for kids...
Check there and directly with your local police. They did do finger prints and a picture, height, stickers, etc.. and they did both my three year old and my two month old at the time!! I am sure their prints have changed slightly, so I need to go do it again!!
