Where Do I Get a Recipe for Brazilian Style Rice and Beans?

Does anyone know how to make the kind of rice and beans you can find at a Churrascaria? I guess it's black beans and some kind of meat stock, but when I look up rice and beans recipes, I don't find anything that seems to fit that description. Thanks!

What can I do next?

I assume you googled "Brazilian rice and beans" and not just "rice and beans", right? You can substitute beef broth for all or part of the water in any rice recipe, same with chicken stock. I don't know if that's simple enough for you. You can also ask at the restaurant you love to see what their secret is - they of course don't want to teach you to make everything at home so you don't eat there, but good restaurants like to keep good customers happy too. Here's one site I saw but there's no meat broth involved - but you can check the seasonings against what you are already looking at. http://brazilianfoodie.blogspot.com/2012/07/rice-and-bean...

Just search Brazilian style rice and beans. Recipes should come up. All recipes.com is a good website to go to.
