so I just had my second baby and while I breastfed the first one for 11 months, I only did the second one for 2 months. Now I have no boobs!! Not that I am surprised, but it is just frustrating! I am only 32 and I have no boobs, I want to be in bed by 9:30 and my joints hurt all the time!!

What the hell happened to me? :)

Any suggestions to make me feel younger? HElp with the aching joints? Or just some commiserating stories to make me feel less old :)

What can I do next?

I know this is a late response. I just read this on my daily Mamapedia email though. I just wanted to tell you that you're not alone. I had 32 As before I got pregnant with my first son. They were even smaller after him. I had son #2 this past March. Nursed for 5 months, EVEN smaller. I wear my 32 As because it's the smallest I can find. My boobs don't even come close to filling the cups up. :( I look in the mirror naked and want to cry. It disgusts me.

This happened to me after my first. I breastfed her for 13 months and after the milk was gone so were my boobies. I never had big ones but they were a nice sized B cup that fit my frame well. After all was said and done I had mosquito bites for boobs =(
I am currently pregnant with number 2 and Im sure the same will happen once I stop breastfeeding this baby so while I have them (boobs) I am dressing them up and taking them out every chance I get
Soory of this didnt make you feel any better but I just thought I would let you know that you are not alone

I think you might want to ask a doctor since aching joints is not common. It is a sign of lyme disease, not to freak you out or anything! Why did you only nurse for 2 months? Sounds like you could have gome longer. I understand going to be early, you have 2 babies! As for the boobs, I think what happens to our boobs is beyond our control. My mom's boobs didn't change much, just got saggier after 2 kids and a few months of nursing each and my boobs are about the same, but hang a little lower now (I nursed over 2 1/2 years). Actually, I like them better now, they were too high before...is that wierd? lol

Hate to say it but often it's just pregnancy and not nursing.

Are you taking care of yourself? Often we don't - in between taking care of everyone else. You just had a baby, you have another child running around - of course you're tired! Look for ways to do some self-care, including making sure the joints aren't anything worrisome.

i hear ya! after nursing three children, my DD high school boobies were GONE... i really didn't mind having a B cup, but they just looked saggy to me, it was something i really didn't like about myself when i looked in the mirror naked, dressed it didn't bother me, it wasn't really a "size" issue for me, just how they looked. about a year after i finished nursing my youngest, i had a breast augmentation - not saying that's what YOU should do, but i don't have any regrets :)

not much advice on the achey joints - do you have an injury or arthritis or something, maybe a bug? see a physician and see if it's something serious or if you need to take some anti-inflammatories or something.

have you had your thyroid checked?

how's your hormone levels?

have you ever had aching joints before? Weather changes tend to do it to me...as does running a low-grade fever. Hope this helps....

Ha! Your post made me laugh because I just had to buy new bras myself. After baby #2, I'm back to high school sized boobs. I found some nice size A (yes, size A) push up, supportive bras that at least make me appear like a woman and not a pre-teen. I adore Target clearance racks. :)

For the joint pain, my hips bother me off and on, but I figure that's my womanly birthing hips moving in and out with my menstral cycle. The colder air sometimes aggrevates them more.

Oh my dear S. your part of my club. When I got preg i didnt have very much to begin with but they got so big. Then after i stopped breastfeeding they became smaller than what i started out with. Kmart has some really good push up bras, but i think its just part of life. sorry your feeling so down about it but it gets better :) as far as your joint pains you might want to talk to your doctor about that. or start doing some yoga to stretch. best wishes

Boobs are just fat. You must have lost some fat.
Watch your diet, you probably arent eating right and that's why your joints are aching. Google "anti-inflammatory diet".
