If you need quick and local JC Penny has a full rack of them... BUT if you have time I highly recommend EBAY... I buy all my girls' formal dresses there shipping takes a few weeks but the dress' are ABSOLUTELY EXQUISITE!! For example I bought my daughters 1st comm dress there in Jan... it looked as if I spent hundreds of $$ on it but in reality it cost $35 including shipping and it was STUNING! I get all my sons tuxes and 5 peice suits their also!

The San Jose Flea Market-excellent prices and from what my baby's godparents said they have the same styles online for more expensive!
MC L., Here in Castro Valley, we have a WONDERFUL little shop that is owned by Mrs. Daughtery. She has a great selection of gowns and outfits for boys. She is also willing to help you find what you need if she doesn't have it.
It's a small shop right on Castro Valley, Bolavard if coming from the McDonalds end its on te other sideof the street before the Rancho Steakhouse.

Not sure if it's similar but i found a lot of "formal" wear for kids at Burlington Coat Factory. Might be worth checking out if there's one on your area...
