Does anyone have any suggestions of where to find a cute party dress for size 9 - 12 months either on line or in the twin cities - Marshall Fields/Macy's didn't have much. I'd like something for new for a 9 month old for an October wedding. (she isn't a flower girl)

Oh baby is a good choice. They have one store in the Galleria and another in Wayzata. Also, I'm spacing out on the name, but the 50th and France area has a store, something Moon i think, right on France and just west of 50th with some pretty fancy clothing.
There is also a store near lunds in Wayzata.

Try Children's place. They always seem to have super cute clothes.
How about Nordstroms, or Von Maurs. I am also a big fan of Hanna Anderson, but the prices are high, esp for a dress that won't be worn too often.
If you don't mind spending more, Oilily and Oh Baby in the Galleria in Edina have great clothes.
